What You Need to Know Before You Decide
Every patient who contacts us has done their research. What they are looking for — beyond the clinical facts — is someone they can trust to be honest about what this treatment involves, what it can achieve, and what it cannot. This page is written to give you exactly that.
Medical Center Klinik's Executive Health Screening programme was designed specifically for international patients who seek a thorough, efficient, and medically credible annual health assessment — conducted in a single day with same-day results and a comprehensive physician debrief.
The programme covers cardiovascular risk assessment (including stress ECG and echocardiography), pulmonary function testing, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, tumour marker panels, full hormone profiling, complete metabolic and haematological analysis, musculoskeletal screening, ophthalmological assessment, dermatological cancer screening, and dietary and lifestyle risk consultation.
All testing is conducted by specialist physicians in their respective disciplines — not by generalist technicians. Advanced imaging findings are supported by AI-assisted MRI analysis, helping detect subtle abnormalities earlier. Results are compiled into a structured health report delivered in English, Arabic, German, or French on the same day as testing. The physician debrief session at the end of the programme allows patients to ask questions, understand their results in context, and receive personalised recommendations for follow-up investigation or lifestyle modification.
Who This Treatment Is — and Is Not — For
Our medical team will give you an honest assessment during your free consultation. We do not recommend treatment that is not clinically appropriate — ever. Here is the general candidacy picture for this procedure.
Executive health screening is appropriate for any adult who wishes to establish a comprehensive baseline of their health status or conduct a thorough annual review. It is particularly valuable for individuals aged 35 and over, those with a family history of cardiovascular disease, cancer, or diabetes, executives with high-stress lifestyles, and patients who have not undergone comprehensive health assessment within the past 2–3 years.
No specific medical history is required to participate. The programme is designed to be genuinely informative — not merely reassuring — and our physicians are experienced in communicating findings with clarity and appropriate context.

From your first message to your final follow-up, every step is managed by your dedicated coordinator. You will never be passed between departments, left without an answer, or surprised by something you were not told to expect. Here is exactly what the process looks like.

What to Expect After Treatment
Recovery is not something that happens to you — it is something you and your medical team manage together. Our aftercare programme continues long after you leave Istanbul, with scheduled follow-up consultations, direct access to your clinical team, and full documentation for your GP at home.
Executive health screening requires no clinical recovery. The stress ECG may cause mild exertion fatigue, which resolves within 30 minutes. Blood draw causes no more than transient discomfort at the puncture site. Patients are free to travel, return to work, or engage in normal activities immediately after the debrief session.

Every item below is confirmed in writing before you commit. There are no surprise charges, no optional extras added at the last moment, and no administrative fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.
How Much Does This Cost?
We provide a personalised cost breakdown after your free consultation — once we have reviewed your specific case, medical history, and treatment goals. There is no commitment required to receive a quote, and no pressure to proceed.
International patients typically pay significantly less than equivalent treatment in the UK, Germany, or the United States — with no compromise on clinical quality, materials, or aftercare standards.

These are the questions our international patient team answers every day. If yours is not listed here, reach out directly — we respond within 24 hours, without obligation.
How long does the programme take?
The Executive Health Screening programme is completed in a single day, typically 6–8 hours from arrival to physician debrief. Patients are welcome to bring a companion, who can wait in the facility's lounge or explore Istanbul during the testing period.
Will I receive my results before I leave Istanbul?
Yes. Same-day results are a core feature of the programme. Blood results, imaging findings, and specialist assessments are compiled and presented in a structured health report during the physician debrief on the afternoon of your screening day.
Can I share the report with my GP at home?
Absolutely. The health report is specifically structured for submission to a referring physician and includes all reference ranges, imaging images, and specialist commentary. A formal GP referral letter summarising key findings can be prepared on request.
What happens if a significant finding is identified?
If a screening result indicates a finding requiring further investigation, your physician will explain the finding clearly, provide a written recommendation, and assist in arranging follow-up — either at our facility during an extended stay, through our global partner network, or with a nominated specialist in your home country.
Ready to Take the First Step?
Your free consultation is a conversation — not a commitment. Tell us about your situation, and our medical team will give you an honest assessment of whether this treatment is right for you, what to expect, and what it will cost. We respond within 24 hours — 7 days a week.
